WORKING WITH TABB
Our mission at Travel Answers by Brandi is to create an experience that is seamless, efficient and enjoyable.
Once you become part of the family, my work begins.
Research Phase:
I ask questions. You ask questions. I find answers. Simple, right? In a world of unknowns, that path to finding answers can be all over the place. This is where my expertise shines bright. I've spent countless hours studying destinations, itineraries and suppliers to better assist my clients. If I don't have the answer, I will find someone who has the answer for us.
Booking Phase:
Deposits are made on components of the trip, confirmations are received and forwarded to primary traveler.
Payment Phase:
Based on an agreed upon schedule, I make payments on the trip using the authorization credit card (unless told otherwise). Typically, payments must be paid in full 60-75 days prior to departure. Specific payment schedules will be provided with the proposal.
Preparing For Your Trip:
Six months prior to travel, we reconvene to make sure final details are set and final preparations are made. The last two months before travel is when a detailed itinerary is prepared, packing lists are created and final travel document are gathered. 10 days prior to travel, final travel documents are emailed to primary traveler.
Travel:
During travel, I will be as hands-off as possible so you can enjoy your trip. I will check in periodically to make sure things are going well, however, unless an emergency arises, you will not hear much from me. If a problem does arise that you are not able to handle yourself, I am available to work on your behalf to smooth things out the best I can.
After Travel:
I consider this the saddest part of our time together. Going home is never fun. But it's reality.
HOWEVER....
we can then begin planning your next trip .........
because as any true Cajun would tell you, once you are apart of the family, you will always be apart of the family.
And that's exactly how we want you to feel here at Travel Answers by Brandi.
Like family.
